JOHN the reporter of all time's

Because he is there all the time when a door opens: sitting on his hind legs he earned an invitation to be a reporter for Nature Talks blog.

I think a name: John is proper for him.

The attraction to my place for many squirrels

are the huge

old oak trees providing acorns

the natural food for squirrels.

However bird's food, people's food is more attractive.

I read some literature over the years

about the very bright mind

of this species.

To find the favored food they can be

so clever, that seriously gives a

problem solving tasks.

How to feed them so that they will stop

stealing the bird's food?

Got several suggestion while I am searching:

nothing works so far.

Any further suggestions ?

In the name of the birds. Thank you.

Sun is shining again

and brings some smiles to this God-forsaken region
so refreshing to see the garden furniture to be used again

Irises are old but they still bring flowers
on the right location.

My beloved ferns happily came back from last year total destruction
Everybody knows that you are a fat squirrel

RAIN, RAIN when will end?

The rain day after day

treats delicate flowers roughly:

the Lilly of the Valley little bells

sadly hang down

in the rain

The dogwood tree

silky white flower's beauty

comes to an end

while the petals are falling

Few days ago

the much admired Wisteria flower bunches

knocked down

to perish in the wet mess on the floor.

But even so

they are still beautiful

as they were

little gems blowing away

into the nothing

They really don't like water and wet weather

But after a while

hunger will chase them out

when the rain stops

momentarely

and find something to eat.

Month of May around my place

This is what you think is the marvel of the month:

Lilly of the Valley

until you learn that is a most aggressive plant

if let freely

will take over the entire garden and more...

Flowering

Dogwood tree

For some reason

it is a New York State symbol

This year the flowers are bigger

because of lot of rain

and even the big snow helped to develope larger flowers.

My pride and joy:

Climbing Visteria
The flowers has a very

fine fragrence

This year

more flowers as ever

It is on the edge of the drivway
a most pleasant
entrence to my house

Next door neighbor
at the entrence of the door
this is the flowering
Azalea bush

I have also many Azaleas
which here
is easy to grow:
loves the acid soil

OOps: storm is coming
Looks like
a tornado developing. but no
just rain

After the rain
the blue sky
will smile at you

From inside the house
through the window
the sun is shining
as always after a storm.

SPRING WALK IN ENGLAND

It happens sometimes we don't get to post

the blog in regular way.

Sorry, for the past 2 weeks I got into a hold up to be away from my blog. Now helping me out here is our kind

British artist

ARGO

sending his exclusive photos

to show the fun the cows have

while grazing in the fine fresh grass.
