A FAMILY EVENT

             Unthinkbe beauty grabbed my attention last night as the sun was going dowm
          The red colored cardinals like to eat at sunset. THE OLD MAN WAS EATING FULL SPEED WHEN I REALIZED THE YOUNGSTERS JUST THE FIRST TIME.
it seems one is a boy and the other is a baby girl, but full grown only the colors are not developed yet.

It was a most enjoyable sight looking at it a long time as the youngster  were eating  a lot and slowly.

And today they came again the 2 together, the parents were admiring from a distance.
I don't have the camera to photograph so late.
This event is the highlight of this summer.
Made me immensely happy.

we see immense amount wild flowers. It shows that those people who live there appreciate the Earth beauties  of untouched Nature! A gift on Earth  and not to cut it like in many countries do it

there were crystal clear waters,

 there was oxygen rich clean air and 

the forests were creating just that 

where the  happy animal kingdom lived and 

was peaceful balance as Nature ruled.

So was once upon a time....

And now start a new blog and try to see what ever it means: once upon a time????????

Yes, since than there were ( and may be still are) some humans  who to try to escape where to find a spot as it was once upon a time?

Dear Blogger friends: The unusual weather this year producing unusual events.
I am a bird lover and feeder.
The birds also behave a little different.
They all come by pairs.
But they don't do the same things as mostly before.
Generally the females seems to be more aggressive than in the past.
The weather is not favorable many times.
Do not freeze anymore, but it is still cold and windy bringing those arctic fumes.
There is a drought.
Not a drop of rain.
Have to turn all the hoses on.
But many people do not care and the landscape will be soon sad.
This way the sunshine is not a pleasure.
It is also unusual for me to write text with no photos.
But still better than silence.
Still  you would know something from this life from  here where we live.
It is Sunday in the month of April 15 2012.

Shadow makers.

Playing with shadows is a lot of fun

The upper image is made with my hand, perhaps a dog barks  as he sees a real shadow of a bear.

Here are some of the shadow makers with the help of the sun.

The bright sun makes very nice shadows, but the calendar said: It means 40 more winter day!

All right! Will see about that.

Groundhog day! Watch those animals

The winter sleepers   today will take a look what is coming? Winter or summer?

( actually this is a beaver, but it is good  for fun)

If they see their shadow ( in bright sunshine)  they go back to sleep.

40 more winter days are coming.

But here in our region was no sunshine today, when they came out

They did not go back to sleep!!!

 Is winter over?

It seems: here it should be over!!

So is the Talk in Nature by the man made calendar!!!
