merry christmas with a dead tree???????????

  1. Just me: Blue Bird: Many people will disagree with me about the dead trees. But the truth is a human invention to celebrate at the time of the Winter Solstice with all kind of different names the actual happening: the Solstice. Yet, many people never heard of it.
    Shame in the 21 century.
At least don't cut the pine trees for some reason of useless human activity.

  3. A number of years ago we decided to start buying potted trees for Christmas and then planting them after the holiday. They weren't a traditional Christmas tree shape, but we loved them anyway. Last and this year we were able to cut down pine trees from an overgrown field we need to reclaim to plant field corn and hay. We're fortunate to have a lot of trees on our place and we aim to replace every tree we cut down, though it may be in a different spot on the property.

  4. Thank you very much for your kind comment dear Leigh!
God willing I am trying to present today as my tree will talk. The true story actually is after Xmas with the conclusion to come out. Happy Days to come.
